How do I read eBooks I purchased?

✔️ eBook files are delivered via email immediately after purchase. You will receive an email from BookFunnel with a link to download your book. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

✔️ With only a few clicks, you can read your ebook on a Kindle, Nook, Kobo Reader, iPad, Google tablet, computer, cell phone, and any digital device that supports ePub files. You can also read directly in the Book Funnel app.

✔️ Your purchase also includes VIP email support from BookFunnel. If you have any issues downloading an eBook, BookFunnel will walk you through the process. You can get help downloading your eBook by visiting Book Funnel's Help Page or by sending an email to help@bookfunnel.com.

How do I listen to audiobooks I purchased?

✔️ Audiobook files are delivered via email immediately after purchase. You will receive an email from BookFunnel with a link to download your audiobook. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

When will I receive the signed paperbacks I ordered?

✔️ Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. However, due to printing delays, your paperbacks may take up to 3 weeks to ship.

✔️ You will receive a confirmation email at checkout and a separate email with the USPS tracking number once your order has shipped.

✔️ We currently ship to the US and Canada only.

Help! My Book Funnel codes expired.

BookFunnel links for eBooks and audiobooks you purchase expire after 14 days. However, you have access to the books forever.

To get new codes to download your books, visit Book Funnel's Help Page or send an email to help@bookfunnel.com. Please use the same email address you used at checkout to purchase the books, so BookFunnel can find you in their system and issue new download codes.

What is the suggested reading order for your books?

All of my dark romances are part of a series. Each series can be read independently of the other.

All of my hockey romances are standalone novels and can be read in any order.

What is your return policy?

Digital Items
Audiobooks and eBooks are digital products and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final on digital products.

Physical Items
If your paperbacks arrive damaged, please email jill@jillianfrostbooks.com
within 10 days of receiving your order and include "return" in the subject line.

In the body of the email, include your name, order number, reason for return, and include pictures of the damage to the items. Upon inspection of the items, we will notify you, and if the return is approved, we will either send a replacement or initiate a refund.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada. If you live outside of these countries, you can still order digital products from the bookstore.
