How do I download the eBooks?

Immediately after purchase, you will receive an email from BookFunnel. Download your book with one click and start reading today.

With one click, you can easily read the books on any device, including any e-reader, phone, computer, Kindle, Nook, Kobo Reader, iPad, iPhone, and any other tablet or device that supports ePub files.

You can also read your books in the BookFunnel app on iOS and Android devices.

Email support from BookFunnel is included with your purchase if you have any issues getting the book onto your preferred device.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship only to the United States and Canada via the United States Postal Service and UPS.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most orders ship within 5 business days for in-stock items. Pre-orders and out-of-stock items will ship based on the date indicated on the product page.

Book boxes and subscriptions are shipped based on the schedule indicated on the product page. Depending on the product, we ship monthly or quarterly.

Orders shipped within the US typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after your items are shipped. However, there can be delays for inclement weather, natural disasters, and any other issue that might cause the carrier to run behind schedule.

International Orders: Your shipping cost does not include taxes, duties, or any other fees you might occur upon receipt. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We use USPS Priority Mail International, which can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive.

We don't accept returns. Please refer to our refund and return policy for more information.

What is your processing and shipping timeframe?

We generally process orders for in-stock items within 1-5 business days but with a few exceptions.

  • All signed paperbacks are a pre-order unless otherwise specified and can take up to 4 weeks to arrive in the United States and up to 8 weeks for international.
  • Subscription and one-time boxes ship on a schedule. Placing a one-time purchase does not mean your box will ship immediately.
  • Most subscription boxes ship every 3 months. Some subscriptions ship monthly. Please refer to the schedule indicated on the product pages for more information.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, you can cancel with a few conditions:

1. You contact us before we have packaged your items and paid for the shipping.

2. You contact us within 5 business days of an eBook or audiobook pre-order.

3. You contact us one month before a custom book order like special editions that are printed specifically for you.

After we have fulfilled your order, we cannot cancel or offer a refund.

In-stock digital items cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase since we cannot remove the book file from your devices to make this a fair exchange.

Can I pause, modify, or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely! You can modify, pause, or cancel your membership at any time from your account.

If you don't like the theme for a box or just need to take a break, you can skip or pause the billing from your dashboard. The same goes for cancellations or modifications.

If you cancel prior to a box's shipment, and you have already paid, you will still receive the items.

Are subscriptions refundable?

We don't offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so from your account.

If you have already paid for a box or items that have not yet shipped, you will still receive them on the same schedule indicated on the product page.

Do you accept returns or issue refunds?

Gift cards, audiobooks, and ebooks are digital products and cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final on digital products except for eBook preorders if canceled five business days before the release date.

If you would like to cancel your pre-order before the book's release date, please email us at jill@jillianfrost.com with your order number to request a full refund.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on instantly available eBooks and audiobooks. Since the item cannot be removed from your digital device, we cannot accept the return.

We understand things happen and want you to be happy with your purchase. To cancel a physical order, please contact us with your order number before fulfillment and shipping. If we have already packed and paid for postage on your order, we cannot offer a refund and will ship your package.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, pictures of the items, and a description of the issue.
