    Shipping & Delivery

    We ship from the United States via the United States Postal Service. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most orders ship within 5 business days for in-stock items. Pre-orders and out-of-stock items will ship based on the date indicated on the product page.

    Orders shipped within the US typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after your items are shipped, depending on the option you select at checkout.

    Orders shipped internationally are sent via Priority Mail International. You are responsible for any duties or taxes owed once the package has arrived in your country. Please keep your country's tax rate in mind when ordering from our store, as we do
    not cover these costs.

    Refunds & Returns

    We understand things happen, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. To cancel an order, please contact us with your order number prior to fulfillment.

    Once we ship you order, paperbacks and book boxes are not eligible for a return. Personalized paperbacks are not eligible for a refund or return after they are signed.

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send an email to the address on your order confirmation. Please include your order number in the subject line and attach pictures of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order.
