Audiobooks and eBooks are digital products and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final on digital products.
Physical Items
If your print books or merchandise arrives damaged, please email jill@jillianfrostbooks.com within 10 days of receiving your order and include "return" in the subject line.
In the body of the email, include your name, order number, reason for return, and include pictures of the damage to the items.
Upon inspection of the items, we will notify you, and if the return is approved, we will either send a replacement or initiate a refund.
Shipping
We only offer shipping in the United States.
Shipping is free for US customers through the United States Postal Service. Once an order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking email with the details of your shipment.
